Water Cooling - Closed Circuit Cooling Tower

Incorporates a BSB open evaporative tower (ie C-Type Buckingham, Sandringham or, Balmoral) and a plate type heat exchanger with either 304 or 316 stainless steel plates.

Closed circuit process water passes through the primary circuit of the heat exchanger with it's heat removed via the secondary water, cooling tower circuit. The cooling tower incorporates all of the design features of the BSB range.

The package is complete with secondary water pump, and interconnecting pipework all skid mounted.

This arrangement provides the following advantages over the conventional coil arrangement:

• The closed circuit medium is accessible in it's entirety
• The heat exchanger is at low level allowing ease of routine maintenance

• Plates are manufactured in 304 stainless steel as a minimum
• Facility to add additional plates for extended cooling surface
