Cyclovent
Cyclovent uses a combination of air cleaning technologies to create a unique multi stage scrubbing action providing an alternative solution to barrier filtration techniques and a more efficient option to self induced wet scrubbing. The cleaning stages created within the Cyclovent progressively remove fine dust particulate and if fitted with additional equipment can cope with some odours. The design has been configured to minimise both the risk of blockages and minimise the maintenance required. As there are no moving parts within the unit it is ideal for DSEAR/ATEX applications.
The Cyclovent is ideal for potentially flammable or explosive dust. With no moving parts the risk of ignition is reduced during normal operation. A technical file has been assessed by an appropriate registered body. The Cyclovent is available in packaged or unit construction.
Cyclovent unit
Cyclovent unit ‘CVU’ is a compact package designed to suit a range of duties and can be connected to individual or specific machines, operations or processes. The benefit to the operator is a process/extractor package that will provide an economic solution to meet health safety and environmental requirements.
Cyclovent plant
The Cyclovent standard range is designed and sized for large individual processing plants and operations installed to extract from a number of processes within a plant or operation. In some cases the Cyclovent can be arranged in banks to meet the required capacity.
